THINGS PEOPLE ASK BEFORE THEY START

Is this just another marketing agency?

No. Agencies run campaigns. We close the gaps in your business that are costing you customers — then make sure they stay closed. You're not getting a monthly report. You're getting a business that stops leaking revenue.

Do you run ads for me?

No. Most local businesses aren't losing revenue because they need more leads. They're losing it because the ones they already have go unanswered, unfollowed, and forgotten. We fix that first. If you are already running ads then even better. We will help you convert higher on them.

How much of my time does this take?

Typically 1-2 hours of set up and training. Most of our systems can wrong automatically in the backend. However, if a client needs to talk to a live person, that's your responsibility.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. We can usually communicate important things to you on your cell phone, or you will have an easy to use application on your phone. That can be the only thing you touch. Everything else can run without you.

How long does it take to get started?

Most clients are live within 2-4 weeks. It depends on what revenue gap we need to address and what systems we integrate with for you.

What if I already have a website?

Great! Then let's figure out if you have systems in place where leads are being captured, followed up with and scheduled efficiently. If not, we can build our systems into your website.

What if I'm already working with someone on my marketing?

Fantastic! If it's working, we don't touch it. We close the gaps around it. If it's not working, that usually comes up in the first conversation.

Do I own the system?

Your contacts, your customers, your business data - all yours, always. The system runs on our platform. If you ever leave, we help make the transition clean so you don't lose anything.

Will this work for my type of business?

If your business runs on local customers, repeat visits, or referrals - yes. The gap looks different for every business. We find yours and build around it.

What does this cost?

Depends on what we find. We scope around your biggest leaks first - not a one-size package. The first call is free. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you straight.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Month-to-month after setup. We don't lock people in. We just build something they don't want to leave.
